Marble

Overview
The full design intent, materials, and how this system is built — in detail.
The TT-007 is a marble coffee table built around one expansive natural stone surface measuring 260 cm wide, 90 cm deep and 72 cm tall. At over two and a half metres across, this is a large, extended-format top — closer to a low central table than a compact accent piece — giving a living room a single uninterrupted stone plane to gather seating around.
Because the top is natural marble, every piece carries its own veining and tone; no two slabs read the same way. Marble is a calcium-carbonate stone, which is part of its appeal and also why it behaves differently from engineered surfaces: it is relatively soft and porous compared with materials like sintered stone, so it absorbs liquids more readily and benefits from periodic sealing. Sealing reduces staining, though it is worth knowing that it does not stop acid etching — contact with lemon, wine or vinegar reacts chemically with the stone and can leave dull marks. Coasters and trivets keep the surface looking its best on a table that sees daily coffee and glasses.
Day-to-day care is straightforward: wipe with a pH-neutral soap in warm water and dry to avoid water rings, and blot any spill immediately rather than rubbing, since rubbing can push pigment deeper into the porous stone. Acidic and bleach-based cleaners should be avoided entirely. Treated this way, the marble top stays clean and characterful through ordinary living-room use.
The 72 cm height of TT-007 reads taller than a typical low coffee table, so it can suit room layouts and seating where a higher central surface works better. FAQ
These questions help buyers compare options and reduce friction before inquiry.
It is natural marble — a calcium-carbonate stone where each slab has its own unique veining and tone. Unlike engineered surfaces such as sintered stone (which is non-porous and needs no sealing), natural marble is porous and softer, so it absorbs liquids more readily and benefits from periodic sealing. Exact slab character is confirmed at consultation.
Clean it with a pH-neutral soap in warm water and dry it to prevent water rings. Blot spills immediately instead of rubbing, since rubbing can drive pigment deeper into the porous stone, and use coasters and trivets. Avoid acidic or bleach-based cleaners (vinegar, lemon, bleach) — they react with the stone and cause dull etched marks that sealing does not prevent.
It is an extended-format piece: 260 cm wide, 90 cm deep and 72 cm tall. At over two and a half metres across it gives a large central stone surface, and the 72 cm height sits taller than a typical low coffee table. We can confirm whether these dimensions suit your room during a consultation at /consultation.
