Cabinetry return policy.

Scope

Bespoke cabinetry includes cabinet bodies, doors, panels, countertops, hardware, and related components made to the dimensions, finishes, configuration, or installation requirements recorded for a specific project.

The accepted order, approved design, and final specification identify the exact products covered by these cabinetry terms.

Design approval and production start

Before production begins, the buyer receives the final design and specification for approval. The accepted order states the review period, change process, cancellation terms, and the point at which production begins.

Do not assume that submitting an inquiry or receiving a preliminary quote starts production. An Inquiry List and quote request are not orders.

Changes and change-of-mind returns

Once production begins, changes, cancellations, or change-of-mind returns may be limited because project-specific cabinetry may not be resalable. The exact limitation must be disclosed in the accepted order.

These limitations do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited by contract.

Manufacturing defects and transit damage

If delivered cabinetry is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specification, contact Fadior Home promptly with photographs, packaging evidence, and the order reference.

The accepted order and its warranty schedule state the reporting process and available remedy. Do not return cabinetry before receiving written instructions.

Warranty scope

Only the written warranty schedule included with the accepted cabinetry order applies. This page does not create a fixed website-wide warranty period and does not extend cabinetry warranties to standard finished furniture.
