Return policy.

Every Fadior kitchen module is bespoke and manufactured to order in our Foshan workshop. This page sets out what that means for returns, defects, and warranty claims.

Bespoke products are not returnable

Each Fadior kitchen module — base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall cabinets, and countertops — is produced to the precise dimensions, finishes, and hardware specified for your project. Because every unit is built to order and cannot be resold, returns are not accepted once production has started.

This is declared at the time of order in line with our published terms and is consistent with industry practice for made-to-order cabinetry.

Design confirmation window

Before production begins, you receive a final design and specification document for review. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue to confirm in writing or to request changes at no charge. After production has begun, changes and cancellations are not possible.

Manufacturing defects and shipping damage

We back every Fadior unit against manufacturing defects and transit damage. If a delivered module arrives damaged or does not match the approved specification, contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt with photographs and the order reference. We will repair, replace, or remake the affected component at no cost to you.

Inspect all crates on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Limited warranty

Cabinet bodies, drawer boxes, and hardware carry a fifteen (15) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Finishes are warranted for ten (10) years. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation by third parties, modification, normal wear, or environmental conditions outside the documented operating range.

Exchanges

Exchanges of one specified module for another are not offered. If your project requirements change after delivery, please contact your account manager to discuss a new order.
