Customer care

Shipping policy.

Shipping is confirmed for each order. A public product price is the price of the item only unless the checkout or final order summary explicitly states that another charge is included.

What the public price includes

Unless a checkout or final order summary explicitly says otherwise, the public product price excludes international freight, import duties and taxes, customs or brokerage charges, local delivery, unloading, assembly, and installation.

No general free-shipping promise applies across the website. The charge and service shown in the final order summary for the delivery address control that order.

Where shipping is available

Fadior Home does not publish a universal list of countries enabled for checkout. This page does not claim that any particular country is currently enabled.

A destination is available for an online order only when checkout shows a verified shipping profile for that product and address. An Inquiry List, quote request, or discussion with our team does not by itself confirm shipping availability.

What is confirmed before an order

Before an order is accepted, the checkout or final order document will identify the product and quantity, delivery destination, freight charge, service level, estimated production or handling time, estimated transit time, and who is responsible for duties and taxes.

If those details have not been shown and accepted, shipping has not been confirmed and no online order should be treated as complete.

Delivery estimates and site access

Production, handling, and transit estimates are stated for the specific order. They are estimates unless the final order expressly says they are guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruption, weather, and access conditions may affect delivery.

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and disclosing access constraints before the order is accepted. Any local delivery, unloading, assembly, or installation service must be listed in the final order to be included.

Receiving and reporting damage

Inspect the packaging when delivery arrives. Record visible damage on the carrier document where possible, keep the packaging, and contact Fadior Home promptly with photographs and the order reference.

Damage and return handling follow the policy linked below and any non-waivable rights that apply to the buyer.

See the Returns policy for the separate rules covering standard finished furniture and bespoke cabinetry.
