Returns policy.
Every Fadior Home shop module is manufactured to order in our Foshan, China factory. This page is the authoritative reference for what is — and isn't — returnable, and the timing in which Fadior commits to resolve each case.
Bespoke kitchen modules — finite return window
Every Fadior Home shop module is built only after your order is confirmed. Our 30-day production lead time begins the day after payment is received. Because each unit is fabricated to the exact dimensions, finishes, and hardware on your order, our return policy is narrower than a standard online retailer but precise about what Fadior will do in each scenario.
Pre-production design confirmation (7 days, free)
Before production begins, you receive a final design and specification document for review. You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue to confirm in writing or to request changes at no charge. Within this window you may also cancel the order entirely for a full refund. Once you confirm and production starts, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Defective-product return window (14 days from delivery)
Fadior Home accepts returns for defective products only. If the delivered module has manufacturing defects, dimensional errors, finish issues against the agreed specification, or transit damage, contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt with photographs and your order reference. Fadior Home covers return shipping for verified defects, and we will repair, replace, or remake the affected component at no cost to you. Please inspect all crates on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Change-of-mind returns
Because every unit is built to your specifications and cannot be resold, Fadior Home does not accept change-of-mind returns after production has started. This is industry standard for bespoke, made-to-order cabinetry. If you are unsure about any aspect of your order before production begins, use the seven-day design confirmation window above.
Exchanges
Exchanges of one specified module for another after delivery are not offered. If your project requirements change after delivery, please contact your account manager to discuss a new order.
Limited warranty
Cabinet bodies, drawer boxes, and hardware carry a fifteen (15) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Finishes are warranted for ten (10) years. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation by third parties, modification, normal wear, or environmental conditions outside the documented operating range.

Where applicable in your jurisdiction, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Made-to-order in Foshan, China. All product imagery on our shop product pages is design rendering — the physical module is fabricated only after order confirmation, and final appearance may vary slightly in lighting, environment, and finish texture from the rendered preview.
