Marble and Walnut Show Residence in 304 Stainless Steel
A developer show residence fitted throughout with 304 stainless steel cabinetry: a walnut-tone island kitchen, boutique glass walk-in closet, illuminated bar wall, curved entry cabinetry and a marble-backed double vanity.

The home
This developer show residence was fitted to demonstrate a complete cabinetry program, and the kitchen makes the case first. A freestanding island in walnut-toned stainless steel carries a thick white stone top and opens the room toward a chandelier-lit dining area beyond the pass-through. Around the perimeter, white upper cabinets sit over dark base units and a marble-veined backsplash, with black integrated ovens and a concealed extractor keeping the working wall flush and quiet, while a continuous band of warm cove lighting washes the ceiling and holds the two-tone scheme together.
The dressing suite is styled like a boutique. Smoked-glass doors in slim metal frames front a walk-in closet where backlit shelves present handbags, watches and tailoring as display pieces; behind the glass, lit rails and stacked metal-framed drawers do the practical work. Nearby, a bar wall lined with illuminated glass shelving stages wine and spirits against a stone-patterned backdrop over bronze-toned base cabinets, and the entry is met by a curved, full-height dark-wood cabinetry wall with a single lit display niche — a deliberate first impression for visiting buyers.
The bathrooms carry the same material confidence. A long double vanity floats fluted walnut-tone drawer fronts beneath a pale stone counter, set against a bookmatched marble feature wall with mirrored cabinets and open black shelving overhead; a curved-corner mirror cabinet with integrated lighting repeats the detail at a second basin. Throughout the residence, the 304 stainless steel construction is what lets one system move between kitchen, closet, bar and bath while holding a single, polished standard.
